A whole new year!

Wow, its been long since I last talked, but what's up, y'all?!

Last semester was pretty fun and crazy for me. Many happy and sad things. I am very happy because I earned my driving permit and now driving on roads now. We had our very last football game of the season in early November. I was very happy and sad at the same time because its our last time to play and perform but also no more for me.

As a senior, there are lots of new things in life. I feel really happy now because I have less than six months prior to graduation, but yet at the same time, I feel very sad because I will be leaving my Dulles family and moving on to my next adventure. Also, I am still in a struggle as to where to go and what to study. I narrowed into few choices. I decided I want to go to any Christian school in Texas and one in Illinois and also some public schools. There are pros and cons to both ways. Pros for going to a Christian school is I fit in to their godly life and small, quiet environment, however the cons is too expensive. Going to a public school is good because its cheaper but bigger environment.

In conclusion, the schools I am applying to are Wheaton College in Illinois, Hardin-Simmons University, Baylor University, Texas Christian University, Houston Baptist University.

The public schools I am applying to are, University of Houston, Sam Houston State University, and Texas Tech University.

My hope is to go to Wheaton College because my dad finished his Masters degree program there in Communications. Therefore, if I go, I will be the second generation of the Wheaton family. Pray for me, see where God leads me to.

Also, I am debating as to what to study. I know I want to major in Education and minor in Coaching. I either want to major in English or Science. My decision is if I go to Wheaton College, Sam Houston, Texas Tech, I will major in English. If I go to Hardin-Simmons, Baylor, TCU, or Houston Baptist, I will major in Biology and Chemistry.

Hope it goes well for you all and may God bless you as the year continues!
